  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition with tags still attached.
  • The item must be in its original packaging.

2. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Please note that it may take 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

3. Non-Refundable Items

Certain items are non-refundable, including:

  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Gift cards

If you return any of these items, we will not issue a refund.

4. Exchange Policy

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

5. Shipping Fees

Shipping costs for returned items are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., defective product or incorrect item received). In such cases, we will cover the return shipping costs.
